The project involved Multi Party negotiation with competing priorities. Revive identified value in the existing assets for the incoming tenant, and created value by reducing scope and minimising unnecessary works.

A thorough waste stream analysis ensured minimal environmental and commercial impact, while delivering the building owner and incoming tenant a contemporary and practical warehouse to go forward with.

Outcomes

Total capital and time expenditure for the project were both dramatically reduced for all parties.

For the exiting tenants this meant a viable process that aligned to head office expectations and investment appetite, for the owner an optimised asset with overall mitigation of future risk and expense.

Tightly managing the regulatory processes meant the CDC approval was smooth, allowed multiple occupancies, and streamlined the move schedule.
