Introducing Permit Express

When you can’t afford delays, Permit Express delivers.

“Red tape, hold-ups, and approval confusion shouldn’t stall your build — our expertise keeps you moving.”

Permit Express was created to meet the growing demand for a team that fast-tracks Complying Development Certificates (CDCs) and building permits — without the typical delays or compliance headaches.

We provide end-to-end permit solutions for both commercial and residential projects across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, and ACT. Whether it’s a CDC in NSW or a building permit elsewhere, we manage the process from start to finish, so you can keep building with confidence.

With Permit Express, you get more than compliance — you get certainty. On time, in scope, fully approved.

Building Permits & CDC Approvals

“Clarity beats complexity, every single time.”

– Graham Eastick, Founder & CEO

These six words shape Permit Express’s approach, culture, and client relationships — and they’re the reason developers, builders, architects and certifiers trust us with critical approvals for both commercial and residential projects.

Residential Permits

From granny flats to duplexes, new builds to renovations — we simplify residential approvals. Whether you need a CDC in NSW or a building permit in VIC, QLD, SA or ACT, we handle the paperwork, liaise with certifiers, and fast-track approvals so your project starts on time. No confusion. No delays. Just clear pathways to build.

Commercial Permits

Time is money in commercial construction. We help developers, builders and architects secure fast, compliant approvals for offices, warehouses, retail fit-outs and mixed-use developments. Our team knows the codes, understands the urgency, and keeps your project moving — across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT.

The team behind your permit approvals

“Give us your plans — and we’ll give you peace of mind.”

The Permit Express team is made up of seasoned specialists who understand what it takes to get permits approved — across both residential builds and commercial developments.

We know the regulations, speak council language, and streamline every step. With a sharp focus on accuracy, speed, and no-nonsense approvals, we’ve built a reputation for doing it right — first time, every time.
